§ 58a der Gemeindeordnung für das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen gilt für die Ausschüsse des Kreistages entsprechend mit der Maßgabe, dass der Kreisausschuss von der Anwendung der Vorschrift ausgeschlossen ist.
