Konsulargesetz
(1) Durch Besondere Gebührenverordnung des Auswärtigen Amts nach § 22 Absatz 4 des Bundesgebührengesetzes kann eine Gebühr auch nach dem Wert des Gegenstandes (Wertgebühr) bestimmt werden.
(2) Der Antragsteller ist verpflichtet, die zur Feststellung des Wertes erforderlichen Angaben zu machen.
