Konsulargesetz
Die Konsularbeamten sind berufen, auf Ersuchen deutscher Gerichte und Behörden Personen, die sich in ihrem Konsularbezirk aufhalten, Schriftstücke jeder Art zuzustellen. Über die erfolgte Zustellung ist ein schriftliches Zeugnis auszustellen und der ersuchenden Stelle zu übersenden.
