Konsulargesetz
(1) Die Konsularbeamten sind befugt, zur Verwendung in ihrem Konsularbezirk die Echtheit im Inland ausgestellter öffentlicher Urkunden zu bestätigen.
(2) Die Bestätigung soll nur erteilt werden, wenn der Konsularbeamte keinen Zweifel an der Echtheit hat. Von der Echtheit kann er in der Regel ausgehen, wenn die Urkunde ihm von der Stelle, die sie aufgenommen hat, zugeleitet worden ist.
