Eine vom Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr eingesetzte Arbeitsgruppe schlägt bis zum 31. März 2024 den Wert einer Konzentration von Tetrahydrocannabinol im Blut vor, bei dessen Erreichen nach dem Stand der Wissenschaft das sichere Führen eines Kraftfahrzeuges im Straßenverkehr regelmäßig nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
