Gegenstände, auf die sich eine Straftat nach § 34 oder eine Ordnungswidrigkeit nach § 36 bezieht, können eingezogen werden. § 74a des Strafgesetzbuches und § 23 des Gesetzes über Ordnungswidrigkeiten sind anzuwenden.
