§ 268 Absatz 1 Satz 3, § 293 Absatz 1 Satz 2 Nummer 5, § 295 Absatz 8, § 307 Absatz 4 und § 318 Absatz 3 Satz 1 in der bis zum 20. Juli 2019 geltenden Fassung finden weiterhin Anwendung für den Fall eines Prospekts, der nach dem Wertpapierprospektgesetz in der bis zum 20. Juli 2019 geltenden Fassung gebilligt wurde, solange dieser Prospekt Gültigkeit hat.
