Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch
Für AIF-Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften, die europäische langfristige Investmentfonds im Sinne der Verordnung (EU) 2015/760 verwalten, gelten neben den Vorschriften dieser Verordnung (EU) 2015/760 die Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes, soweit die Verordnung (EU) 2015/760 dem nicht entgegensteht.
