Auf die Verwaltung von Infrastruktur-Sondervermögen nach Maßgabe der §§ 260b bis 260d finden die Vorschriften der §§ 230 bis 260 entsprechende Anwendung, soweit sich aus den nachfolgenden Vorschriften nichts anderes ergibt. Satz 1 gilt für offene Infrastruktur-Investmentvermögen, welche nicht als Sondervermögen aufgelegt werden, entsprechend.
