(1) Für die Verwaltung von Immobilien-Sondervermögen gelten die Vorschriften der §§ 192 bis 211 sinngemäß, soweit sich aus den §§ 231 bis 260 nichts anderes ergibt.
(2) Das Immobilien-Sondervermögen darf nicht für eine begrenzte Dauer gebildet werden.
