Ergibt sich erst während der Hauptverhandlung, dass die Mitwirkung eines Verteidigers nach § 68 Nummer 5 notwendig ist, so ist mit der Hauptverhandlung von neuem zu beginnen, wenn der Jugendliche nicht von Beginn der Hauptverhandlung an verteidigt war.
