Der Staatsanwalt soll das wesentliche Ergebnis der Ermittlungen in der Anklageschrift (§ 200 Abs. 2 der Strafprozeßordnung) so darstellen, daß die Kenntnisnahme durch den Beschuldigten möglichst keine Nachteile für seine Erziehung verursacht.
