IStGH-Gesetz
Soweit dieses Gesetz keine besonderen Verfahrensvorschriften enthält, gelten die Vorschriften des Gerichtsverfassungsgesetzes und des Einführungsgesetzes zum Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz, der Strafprozessordnung und des Einführungsgesetzes zur Strafprozessordnung, des Strafgesetzbuches, des Jugendgerichtsgesetzes und der Abgabenordnung sinngemäß.
