IStGH-Gesetz
(1) Die gerichtlichen Entscheidungen erlässt, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist, das Oberlandesgericht. Die Entscheidungen des Oberlandesgerichts sind unanfechtbar.
(2) Die Staatsanwaltschaft bei dem Oberlandesgericht bereitet die Entscheidung über die Überstellung vor und führt die bewilligte Überstellung durch.
