IStGH-Gesetz
An den Gerichtshof nach Artikel 93 Abs. 10 Buchstabe a des Römischen Statuts gerichtete Ersuchen um Rechtshilfe oder Überstellung sowie die beizufügenden Unterlagen müssen die in Artikel 96 Abs. 1 in Verbindung mit Abs. 4 des Römischen Statuts vorgeschriebene Form und den in Artikel 96 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Abs. 4 des Römischen Statuts bezeichneten Inhalt haben.
