IStGH-Gesetz
Ersucht der Gerichtshof nach Artikel 70 Abs. 4 Buchstabe b des Römischen Statuts um Einleitung eines Strafverfahrens gegen eine Person, die einer Tat nach Artikel 70 Abs. 1 des Römischen Statuts verdächtigt wird, so wird der Gerichtshof sobald wie möglich von dem auf Grund des Ersuchens Veranlassten unterrichtet. Nach Abschluss des Verfahrens wird ihm eine Ausfertigung oder eine beglaubigte Abschrift der endgültigen Entscheidung übersandt. Überlassene Gegenstände und Akten sind zurückzugeben, sofern der Gerichtshof darum ersucht.
