(1) Auf Ersuchen des Gerichtshofes wird diesem gestattet, gerichtliche Anhörungen im Inland durchzuführen.
(2) Auf die Vollstreckung einer Geldstrafe nach Artikel 71 Abs. 1 des Römischen Statuts findet § 43 entsprechende Anwendung.
