(1) Für das Verfahren bei Zustellungen gelten die Vorschriften der Zivilprozessordnung entsprechend.
(2) Die Zustellung einer Ladung des Gerichtshofes an den Beschuldigten im Wege der Ersatzzustellung ist ausgeschlossen.
