In den Fällen der Artikel 93 Abs. 3 bis 5, 9 Buchstabe b, Artikel 94 Abs. 1 und Artikel 95 des Römischen Statuts kann die Erledigung aufgeschoben werden, bis feststeht, wie in Übereinstimmung mit dem Römischen Statut weiter in Bezug auf das Ersuchen zu verfahren ist.
