IStGH-Gesetz
Rechtshilfe wird durch Vollstreckung einer vom Gerichtshof rechtskräftig verhängten Strafe nach Maßgabe des Römischen Statuts sowie dieses Gesetzes geleistet. Vollstreckt werden auch Anordnungen der Einziehung von Taterträgen nach Artikel 77 Abs. 2 Buchstabe b des Römischen Statuts sowie Entscheidungen nach Artikel 75 des Römischen Statuts.
