IStGH-Gesetz
Personen, um deren Durchbeförderung der Gerichtshof oder mit dessen Einverständnis der Staat, aus dem der Verfolgte an den Gerichtshof überstellt werden soll (Überstellungsstaat) oder der Vollstreckungsstaat ersucht hat, werden zur Strafverfolgung oder zur Strafvollstreckung nach Maßgabe des Statuts und dieses Gesetzes durch das Bundesgebiet befördert.
