Ist der Vollzug eines Überstellungshaftbefehls ausgesetzt, so ordnet das Oberlandesgericht nach Bewilligung der Überstellung den Vollzug an, sofern nicht gewichtige Gründe gegen die Inhaftnahme sprechen und die Durchführung der Überstellung auf andere Weise gewährleistet ist.
