Der Beschluss über die Zulässigkeit der Überstellung ist zu begründen. Er wird der Staatsanwaltschaft bei dem Oberlandesgericht, dem Verfolgten und seinem Rechtsbeistand (§ 31) bekannt gemacht. Der Verfolgte erhält eine Abschrift.
