IStGH-Gesetz
Nach Eingang des Festnahme- und Überstellungsersuchens, dem im Falle einer Überstellung zur Strafverfolgung die in Artikel 91 Abs. 2 des Römischen Statuts oder im Falle einer Überstellung zur Strafvollstreckung die in Artikel 91 Abs. 3 des Römischen Statuts bezeichneten Unterlagen beigefügt sind, wird gegen den Verfolgten die Überstellungshaft angeordnet.
