Ein nach § 3a begründeter Gruppen-Gerichtsstand bleibt von der Nichteröffnung, Aufhebung oder Einstellung des Insolvenzverfahrens über den antragstellenden Schuldner unberührt, solange an diesem Gerichtsstand ein Verfahren über einen anderen gruppenangehörigen Schuldner anhängig ist.
