Ist im Insolvenzplan nichts anderes bestimmt, so wird das Recht eines Insolvenzgläubigers aus einer gruppeninternen Drittsicherheit (§ 217 Absatz 2) durch den Insolvenzplan nicht berührt. Wird eine Regelung getroffen, ist der Eingriff angemessen zu entschädigen. § 223 Absatz 1 Satz 2 und Absatz 2 gilt entsprechend.
