Insolvenzrecht u.Ä.
(1) Wird das Insolvenzverfahren nach § 207, 212 oder 213 eingestellt, so steht jedem Insolvenzgläubiger und, wenn die Einstellung nach § 207 erfolgt, dem Schuldner die sofortige Beschwerde zu.
(2) Wird ein Antrag nach § 212 oder § 213 abgelehnt, so steht dem Schuldner die sofortige Beschwerde zu.
