(1) Die Schlußverteilung erfolgt, sobald die Verwertung der Insolvenzmasse mit Ausnahme eines laufenden Einkommens beendet ist.
(2) Die Schlußverteilung darf nur mit Zustimmung des Insolvenzgerichts vorgenommen werden.
