Anzeigepflichtige ohne Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt, Sitz oder Geschäftsleitung im Inland müssen im Formular nach § 6 Absatz 1 Satz 1 und § 17 Absatz 1 Satz 1 den Namen und die Anschrift eines Empfangsbevollmächtigten im Inland angeben. Die Bevollmächtigung ist durch Vorlage der entsprechenden Urkunde im Original oder als amtlich oder öffentlich beglaubigte Kopie nachzuweisen.
