IHKG
Gesetz zur vorläufigen Regelung des Rechts der Industrie- und Handelskammern
(1) Die Vollversammlung wählt aus ihrer Mitte den Präsidenten (Präses) und die von der Satzung zu bestimmende Zahl von weiteren Mitgliedern des Präsidiums.
(2) Der Präsident (Präses) ist der Vorsitzende des Präsidiums. Er beruft die Vollversammlung ein und führt in ihr den Vorsitz.
