§ 55 Abs. 4 gilt auch für einen Handlungsgehilfen, der damit betraut ist, außerhalb des Betriebes des Prinzipals für diesen Geschäfte zu vermitteln. Eine Beschränkung dieser Rechte braucht ein Dritter gegen sich nur gelten zu lassen, wenn er sie kannte oder kennen mußte.
