(1) Der Beförderer hat für seine Forderung auf das Beförderungsentgelt ein Pfandrecht an dem Gepäck des Fahrgasts.
(2) Das Pfandrecht besteht nur, solange das Gepäck zurückbehalten oder hinterlegt ist.
