(1) Die Erteilung der Prokura ist von dem Inhaber des Handelsgeschäfts zur Eintragung in das Handelsregister anzumelden. Ist die Prokura als Gesamtprokura erteilt, so muß auch dies zur Eintragung angemeldet werden.
(2) Das Erlöschen der Prokura ist in gleicher Weise wie die Erteilung zur Eintragung anzumelden.
