Abweichend von § 431 Abs. 1 und 2 ist die Haftung des Frachtführers wegen Verlust oder Beschädigung auf einen Betrag von 620 Euro je Kubikmeter Laderaum, der zur Erfüllung des Vertrages benötigt wird, beschränkt.
