Hat der Frachtvertrag die Beförderung von Umzugsgut zum Gegenstand, so sind auf den Vertrag die Vorschriften des Ersten Unterabschnitts anzuwenden, soweit die folgenden besonderen Vorschriften oder anzuwendende internationale Übereinkommen nichts anderes bestimmen.
