(1) Die von einem Kaufmanne vorgenommenen Rechtsgeschäfte gelten im Zweifel als zum Betriebe seines Handelsgewerbes gehörig.
(2) Die von einem Kaufmanne gezeichneten Schuldscheine gelten als im Betriebe seines Handelsgewerbes gezeichnet, sofern nicht aus der Urkunde sich das Gegenteil ergibt.
