(1) Im Laufe eines Rechtsstreits kann das Gericht auf Antrag oder von Amts wegen die Vorlegung der Handelsbücher einer Partei anordnen.
(2) Die Vorschriften der Zivilprozeßordnung über die Verpflichtung des Prozeßgegners zur Vorlegung von Urkunden bleiben unberührt.
