(1) Die für jedes Amtsgericht erforderliche Zahl von Haupt- und Ersatzschöffen wird durch den Präsidenten des Landgerichts (Präsidenten des Amtsgerichts) bestimmt.
(2) Die Zahl der Hauptschöffen ist so zu bemessen, daß voraussichtlich jeder zu nicht mehr als zwölf ordentlichen Sitzungstagen im Jahr herangezogen wird.
