Die in einem deutschen Land bestehenden Vorschriften über die Mitteilung von Akten einer öffentlichen Behörde an ein Gericht dieses Landes sind auch dann anzuwenden, wenn das ersuchende Gericht einem anderen deutschen Land angehört.
