Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Januar 2014 in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Großkredit- und Millionenkreditverordnung vom 14. Dezember 2006 (BGBl. I S. 3065), die zuletzt durch Artikel 2 der Verordnung vom 26. Oktober 2011 (BGBl. I S. 2103) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
