Geschäftsordnung des Deutschen Bundestages
(1) Auf die Abwahl des Vorsitzenden durch die Mitglieder des Ausschusses ist § 2a Absatz 4 und 5 entsprechend anzuwenden. Die Abwahl erfolgt in nichtöffentlicher Sitzung.
(2) Wird der Vorsitzende abgewählt oder scheidet er aus anderen Gründen aus, findet auf die Wahl des neuen Vorsitzenden § 58 Absatz 2 bis 4 entsprechende Anwendung.
(3) Die Absätze 1 und 2 gelten für die Abwahl und das Ausscheiden der Stellvertretung entsprechend.
