Im gerichtlichen Verfahren über die Zusammensetzung des Aufsichtsrats, das sich nach den §§ 98 und 99 des Aktiengesetzes richtet, ist abweichend von § 36 Absatz 3 von einem Geschäftswert von 50 000 Euro auszugehen.
