Gerichts- und Notarkostengesetz
(1) In demselben Verfahren und in demselben Rechtszug werden die Werte mehrerer Verfahrensgegenstände zusammengerechnet, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
(2) Der Geschäftswert beträgt, wenn die Tabelle A anzuwenden ist, höchstens 30 Millionen Euro, wenn die Tabelle B anzuwenden ist, höchstens 60 Millionen Euro, wenn kein niedrigerer Höchstwert bestimmt ist.
