Die Verpflichtung zur Zahlung eines Vorschusses auf die Gerichtskosten bleibt bestehen, auch wenn die Kosten des Verfahrens einem anderen auferlegt oder von einem anderen übernommen sind. § 33 Absatz 1 gilt entsprechend.
