Gesetz betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung
Die in diesem Gesetz vorgesehenen Anmeldungen zum Handelsregister sind durch die Geschäftsführer oder die Liquidatoren, die in § 7 Abs. 1, § 57 Abs. 1, § 57i Abs. 1, § 58 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 vorgesehenen Anmeldungen sind durch sämtliche Geschäftsführer zu bewirken.
