(1) Die Gebühren richten sich nach dem Wert des Streitgegenstands (Streitwert), soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
(2) Kosten werden nach dem Kostenverzeichnis der Anlage 1 zu diesem Gesetz erhoben.
