(1) Über den Antrag auf Inanspruchnahme eines Instruments des Stabilisierungs- und Restrukturierungsrahmens soll erst nach Zahlung der Gebühr für das Verfahren entschieden werden.
(2) Absatz 1 gilt entsprechend für den Antrag auf Bestellung eines Restrukturierungsbeauftragten oder eines Sanierungsmoderators.
