Soweit nach § 55a oder § 55b eine Reisegewerbekarte nicht erforderlich ist, kann die reisegewerbliche Tätigkeit unter der Voraussetzung des § 57 untersagt werden. § 35 Abs. 1 Satz 2 und 3, Abs. 3, 4, 6, 7a und 8 gilt entsprechend.
