Allgemeines Verwaltungsrecht
(1) Die Organisation der nationalen Geodateninfrastruktur erfolgt in der Verantwortung eines nationalen Lenkungsgremiums des Bundes und der Länder.
(2) Das nationale Lenkungsgremium nimmt die Aufgaben der nationalen Anlaufstelle im Sinne des Artikels 19 Absatz 2 der Richtlinie 2007/2/EG wahr.
(3) Die Einzelheiten regeln Bund und Länder in einer Verwaltungsvereinbarung.
