Genossenschaftsgesetz
Die Genossenschaft muss einem Verband angehören, dem das Prüfungsrecht verliehen ist (Prüfungsverband). Die Genossenschaft hat den Namen und den Sitz dieses Prüfungsverbandes auf ihrer Internetseite oder in Ermangelung einer solchen auf den Geschäftsbriefen anzugeben.
